![]() ![]() I had questions upon ordering this updated controller after a few hours of play, here are the answers: As far as I can tell the Share button serves no purpose for Windows 10 (it appears to be an Xbox feature only, at least for now). Other noticeable differences are the textured grips (slight if unnecessary improvement), a newly styled D-pad (I find no difference), slightly different contour on the top (cosmetic only), and a Share button. ![]() That was the only flaw of the previous model, but it was worth an upgrade for me. I purchased this new model primarily because the older version I had with a micro-USB connection was unreliable - coming loose at inopportune times and finicky when plugging in. Fortunately, Microsoft makes their Xbox controllers compatible with Windows 10. I'm not really a dedicated gamer, so I pretty much need a console style controller. I don't own an Xbox, but I do play PC games from Steam on a Windows 10 PC from time to time. ![]()
